Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

Opened products: opened products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Sealed products: sealed items may be considered for return at the original purchase value only.

Inspection requirement: all return requests are subject to inspection for resealing, tampering, abuse, scam attempts, and product condition issues before approval.

Return outcome: approved returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-approval: if inspection fails or evidence of tampering/fraud exists, the return request may be declined.
